FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested 46 year old Levi Ross Jr. from Fort Myers. They say that Ross entered the Royal Arcade on Cleveland, masked and pointed a firearm at an employee, demanding money. During the robbery, Ross shot the employee, striking them in the hand.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office released body cam footage as they located Ross running through a Pine Manor neighborhood, where a foot pursuit ended in Ross being tased and taken into custody.
Ross is charged with robbery with a firearm, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, shooting within an occupied private building, possession of a weapon by convicted felon, false id to law enforcement, and resisting arrest without violence.

Deputies say one victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A suspect has been placed into custody.
LSCO says this is believed to be an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the public.
